• We require full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking before any rental or service is provided.
• Payment must be received by the due date; failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

3. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date.
• Silent Sphere Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in exceptional circumstances or events beyond our control, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any changes to bookings by the client must be communicated promptly and are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure the safe and timely access to event locations for delivery, setup, and collection of equipment.
• Clients are responsible for the security and proper use of the rented equipment during the rental period.
• Any loss, theft, or damage to equipment while in the client's possession may incur charges.

5. Liability

Silent Sphere Events Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services or equipment rented from us.

Our liability for any direct damages related to our services is limited to the value of the contract agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property displayed on this site or used in the provision of services remain the property of Silent Sphere Events Ltd or their respective owners. No rights or licenses are granted other than as expressly stated.
